Thank you for shopping with Marmade Studio. We take pride in our handmade ceramics and carefully crafted stationery. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
General Return Guidelines

Stationery may be returned only if it is unused and undamaged.

Custom orders and pre-order items are non-refundable.

Ready-made ceramics can be returned only if damaged during shipping or if the wrong item was sent.
Return Time Frame

Standard orders: 14 days from delivery.

Peak periods (e.g., Christmas): 7 days from delivery.
Please contact us within this time frame to initiate a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement.

For ceramics, variations in shape, color, or texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

For ready-made ceramics with custom text, please follow the included washing and care instructions. Damage caused by improper care is not refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon request. If you prefer, we can provide store credit instead.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable).
Custom & Pre-Order Items

Custom orders: Non-refundable.

Pre-order items: Non-refundable. Estimated production time is communicated at checkout.
How to Return an Item

Contact us at marmade@hotmail.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Provide clear photos if the item is damaged.

Ship the item back using a tracked shipping service (cost borne by the customer).

Once received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund.
