Shipping Policy – Marmade Studio

Thank you for shopping with Marmade Studio. Each item is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it arrives safely. Please read our shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery methods, and shipping costs.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within the following timeframes:

  • Stationery items: 2–3 business days

  • Ready-made ceramics with quotes (including mugs): 4–5 business days

  • Pre-order ceramics: 3–4 weeks production time before shipping

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During busy periods such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Cyprus

We currently ship orders within Cyprus using the following delivery services:

  • Box Now lockers – for stationery orders

  • Akis Express – for ceramics and fragile items

Shipping costs:

  • Box Now: €2 flat rate

  • Akis Express: €2.50 flat rate

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days depending on the courier service and location.

For Akis Express deliveries:

  • Delivery to an Akis Express shop may be available the same day.

  • Delivery to an Akis Express representative location usually takes 1–2 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or due to courier delays.

International Shipping

International shipping options will be added in the future. At this time, orders placed through our website are available for delivery within Cyprus only.

Damaged Items During Shipping

We take great care in packaging all products, especially fragile ceramic pieces.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Once we review the claim, we will arrange a replacement item and use the photos to file a claim with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Marmade Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
